To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每日Lunch time路過都人山人海. 除非你好早黎到, 咪一般見到門口堆人都唔會再想黎食.但聽同事話佢的炒蛋好好食. 究竟有幾好食呢? 想放工黎, 點知佢收六點....所以是日因為放工後有野做, 所以偷偷落黎tea. 落黎五點鬆d , 大把位, 只有一兩枱人.坐位任坐不特止重不限時, 聽聞lunch time時間只限半小時.佢的餐牌分左早餐. 午餐同下午茶餐. 我二話不說就望下午茶餐個邊. 所以叫左B餐. 因為A 餐係牛肉...落左單才發現原來午餐都供應到六點. 重點係有我好想試的豬潤通... 唉.. 唯有等下次.B餐:鮮忌廉雞湯鮑魚火腿絲通粉個湯底好濃味. 而且火腿絲十分足料. 完全啖啖都有一堆火腿絲, 鮑魚亦唔少.唔怕好似尋金咁尋. 足晒料正.鮮牛油麥包厚多士個多士又唔算十分厚. 但用麥包黎做. 平日就比較少見. 算係幾健康.再加埋有淡淡牛油味. 咬落去脆卜卜. 十分可口. 重點黎啦, 個個都話佢個炒蛋正. 試下先, 個炒蛋唔會好稀. 而且好滑.  果然同事無介紹錯. 餐飲叫左杯熱檸水. 浸左陣都無苦澀味. 果然用料唔馬虎.雖然$38一個tea有點貴. 但食完晒我已經十分飽.

個多士又唔算十分厚. 但用麥包黎做. 平日就比較少見. 算係幾健康.
再加埋有淡淡牛油味. 咬落去脆卜卜. 十分可口.
