To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去百樂潮州飲茶,耐冇去要捧吓場啦!坐低攞張點心紙望望,咁都係叫嗰啲啦!燒賣、腸粉、糯米卷、香竽馬拉糕等等⋯之後無嗱嗱見到有個瑞士汁雞翼,咁即管叫嚟試試。個腸粉相信煮得耐得制,食落淋咗啲。香芋馬拉糕都幾重竽頭味,質感似鬆糕多過馬拉糕,其實叫香竽鬆糕呢個名比較貼切之餘又有懷舊Feel。另外第一次試佢哋嘅瑞士汁雞翼,呢個可以話係冇乜味,色水唔得而且味道都唔得,好似求其染啲啡色上隻雞翼算數咁。諗住試新嘢,點知都係以前個蜜餞雞翼好食好多,下次真係要小心Order~
