To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

知道旺角有間人氣酸菜魚，一坐底就點左必食冷鍋酸菜魚！呢個鍋夠哂兩個人食，我唔中意食太辣所以揀左少辣，微微嘅辣度啱啱好提升魚嘅味道，令食嘅時候味覺更刺激！酸菜魚嘅份量好多，冇骨之餘口感都幾滑，淡淡麻味真係好正！湯底嘅酸味較重，配上芽菜、芫茜等，唔夠飽的話，鍋底仲有我至愛嘅寬粉，索左少少湯底，食落有陣陣嘅麻香味！因為我地冇叫火鍋底，所以點左麻辣海蜇作伴菜，我個人好中意食海蜇，麻味夠重又開胃，食落好爽好過癮！甜品就點左黑糖糍粑，呢個要趁熱食，糯米經炸煮後非常香脆，口感外脆內軟，連黑糖食味道甜甜，好好味！
