最近喺旺角試咗「十二味」呢間餐廳,真係有驚喜!佢哋主打川菜同特色鍋物,晚餐試咗秘制醬香鍋、嵊州老麵小籠包同炸小酥肉,真係樣樣都好味。首先,秘制醬香鍋係今晚嘅主角,個鍋可以揀唔同嘅配料,我揀咗田雞、耗兒魚、豬頸肉、花菜同寬粉。呢個鍋底係用秘製醬料煮出嚟,味道濃郁又唔會太辣,醬香撲鼻,非常惹味。田雞肉質鮮嫩,吸收咗醬汁嘅香氣,入口即化;耗兒魚同樣係非常嫩滑,唔會食得好麻煩。豬頸肉係另一個亮點,肉質彈牙又有咬勁,脂肪同瘦肉比例剛好,食落去香濃不膩。花菜吸滿咗鍋底嘅濃郁醬汁,清爽中帶啲辣味,寬粉亦煮得軟糯但唔會過火,係吸汁好幫手,成個鍋真係食得非常滿足。嵊州老麵小籠包都係唔可以錯過嘅,尤其係辣味版!呢款小籠包肉汁豐富,辣味適中,帶出咗肉餡嘅鮮味,辣嘅程度唔會太過火。最後,炸小酥肉簡直係一大驚喜!外層炸得金黃酥脆,內裡嘅豬肉保持嫩滑,炸嘅火候控制得啱啱好,唔會過乾,咬落去每一啖都係肉汁同香脆嘅完美結合。配合埋佢嘅特製粉,味道更加香濃。
