To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日午餐，想食打邊爐🍲，但呢期胃口一般，加上自己食就更加食得唔多，只係想過下口癮。老公幫我搵到一間$68火鍋午餐‼️ 任選一款湯底，自助區餐區食物任選。又幾好👍🏻 $68食到火鍋，仲有嘢飲任飲，自助區丸類/熟食/麵類/蔬菜等等可以任食❗️係平靚正午市火鍋之選。1. 蔬菜🥬好新鮮，種類又多，清洗好一份份放喺雪櫃，乾淨衛生。2. 熟食枱上面放咗即食麵，種類繁多，有火煱必食台灣王子麵，仲有幾款MAMA泰國即食麵，米粉，寬粉… 3. 揀咗蕃茄🍅薯仔牛肉粒湯底，好足料，估唔到咁多牛肉粒，幾大嚿。整體來講，見到唔少學生哥嚟食，打邊爐任飲任食自助區熟食，火鍋材料同主食麵條。唔錯唔錯👍🏻 $68抵！
