To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

旺角同太子鋪好大差距

今晚原本定好咗去旺角果間(紅橋)，點知因為搭錯車，而且這附近亦有一間(紅橋)，所以就唯有來這間試試，以為大家都係(紅橋)，應該食物都唔會有差距，可惜原來真係有好大分別，這間晚餐牌只有4 款選擇，但旺角果間就有6款供選擇，我最喜歡食(蜜椒豬肋骨伴蛋包飯)，點知同一款食物唔同位置嘅鋪會有咁大差距，旺角果間嘅晚餐(豬肋骨)係有8條骨，而太子呢間就只有5條骨，旺角果間個蛋包飯就係滑蛋好有蛋味，但太子呢間就做到啲蛋好乾，就連湯都係旺角果間(紅橋)好飲， 總之總括嚟講就係超...超...超...中伏其實我都唔係先入為主架喇！但我個人就真係覺得太子呢間超唔掂當。
