天氣凍,最好就打邊爐,朋友介紹佢屋企附近開左間新食店,中午食點心,晚上就火鍋。今晚就去試新野😁。入到店內新裝修無耐,全部都是卡位又寬闊又坐得幾舒服👍🏻點了個胡椒粟米蘿蔔豬肚鍋,個湯底都幾足料👏🏻,打邊爐最緊要碟牛,來個手切安格斯牛頸脊,賣相不錯,雪花唔多,但牛味重,幾正👍🏻。叫了個特色食品(三國演義)姐係三色墨魚,食落似墨魚滑,好彈口🤭。蝦兵遇上老油條🤣個名好攪笑,即係油炸鬼配上蟹籽,中間有啲墨魚膠,我老婆話好好食😋。之後來個白鱔片,嘩!鱔片好厚肉又大片,咬口感一流,仲要份量唔少,真係超抵食👏🏻👏🏻。打邊爐我通常都會叫菜,點了菠菜苗,點知份量大到,好似嚟咗盆花咁🤣🤣,真係好誇張,名副其實抵食夾大件😆。滿足晒,下次要黎飲個茶先🙂。
