To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本身好鍾意食酸菜魚…不過而家疫情無得上大陸…經過呢間川菜餐廳幾多人。就貢人黎試下…一入門口就已經聞到好香川菜味…好吸引…坐低望下餐牌…見到招牌菜既冷鍋酸菜魚同冷鍋麻辣魚…最後點左冷鍋酸菜魚…其實冷鍋唔係凍食…只不過師父將魚煮到啱啱好用鍋上…咁就唔怕自己控制時間唔好浪費左D魚啦。好肚餓所以就加左冷麵…蔥爆牛肉…炒土豆絲…再加多個腐皮先黎涼麵…個樣得唔錯…麵質幾煙韌…個汁麻麻酸酸辣辣好開胃…炒土豆絲…酸酸地…帶微辣都唔錯蔥爆牛肉…個樣好夠鑊氣…份量好足又多牛肉又多京蔥…好味主打冷鍋酸菜魚到…熱辣辣…魚肉好厚又夠滑…問左原來用左生魚肉…平時都以鱸魚…桂花魚多…生魚都唔錯…入面仲有粉皮…金菇好多配菜。個湯都好好飲…酸度啱啱好…點左中辣…飲到標哂汗。食到咁上下開爐落埋腐皮…呢度所有野都好夠份量…差d食唔哂整體野食唔錯…下次會試下個麻辣魚

坐低望下餐牌…見到招牌菜既冷鍋酸菜魚同冷鍋麻辣魚…最後點左冷鍋酸菜魚…其實冷鍋唔係凍食…只不過師父將魚煮到啱啱好用鍋上…咁就唔怕自己控制時間唔好浪費左D魚啦。
