To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時同屋企人打邊爐多數都係去旺角雅蘭稻香因為平丫MA宵夜邊爐但之前同一大班親戚黎海港呢邊打宵夜邊爐先發覺呢度係另一個好去處一來唔洗等位二來食物比較多元化吃得多稻香過黎呢便食都幾新奇下結果今日又黎食先講服務先呢間野既員工唔係幾夠有時想叫佢加下水拎下火鍋紙都幾麻煩下不過唔怕 D火鍋食物都幾唔錯推介既有 1蚊個大地魚湯底 - 好有料幾鮮又有魚頭在內唔錯安格斯牛柳粒 - 打邊爐食安格斯牛柳粒都幾新奇宵夜又有特價一個唔記得叫咩名既腐皮穌 - 真係好正每次食都起馬食兩碟算係呢度既必食料放落鍋度淥一淥大約5秒到正!!!!!!!! 好食過魚皮, 炸支竹等等香口食物真係好正黎呢到食完呢個真係滿足晒唔係我話誇張架呢度真係宵夜邊爐好去處三五知己一齊打過邊爐不知幾過制哈哈見到下面位人兄話擺酒所以無邊爐打我又覺得奇WO有一晚我去到個場擺梗滿月酒但出面都開放比人打邊爐食小菜不過認真的說海港個場的確幾細下
