平時出街晚餐多數是西餐,中餐的餐廳不多,今次朋友帶我到位於旺角的「如一」,上樓位置較隱閉,經過也未必留意到。點了2位餐,先上杏汁花膠白肺湯。湯色澤夠白,除了腍身的豬肺,還有養顏花膠,個湯杏汁味濃郁又滋潤,好美味。醉鮑魚酒香味適中,夠入味,而且鮑魚彈牙不會太老。咸蛋黃焗海花蝦咸蛋黃惹味香口,香脆得連蝦殼連肉可以一起食,加上花蝦肉質彈牙,相當滿足。冬天不少得的芥蘭炒臘味,臘腸、雕腸、臘肉份量幾多,油份滲入芥蘭夠入味。欖角陳皮蒸龍躉脊龍躉脊蒸得剛好,魚肉夠滑,有鹹味的欖角及陳皮香。
