今次黎到旺角呢間楓,舖頭細細座位唔多,係食日式野既。主食有烏冬炒粉絲,仲有大阪燒同埋日式甜品!最最推介既一定係甜品!一定要留肚食! 1️⃣ 香煎虎蝦咖哩湯烏龍麵($68) 咖喱湯連烏冬食唔會好鹹,幾香~配上幾隻煎過既蝦仁,同埋粟米、鳴門卷、紫菜、溏心蛋。 2️⃣香煎雞扒番茄湯烏龍麵($68) 雞扒要等耐少少。有兩大件煎得好香,雞肉雖然唔算非常厚肉但係就好嫩滑。番茄湯底食到啲茄蓉,整體酸味大過甜味,開胃得黎感覺係真材實料🍅 3️⃣ 焙茶豆乳(+$22) 豆乳味道唔算好重,但係就係因為咁更加凸顯到焙茶既茶味。 4️⃣芝麻豆乳(+$22) 唔單止有靚靚既黑色芝麻醬掛杯,飲落更加有驚喜🤩建議唔洗攪太勻飲,可以飲到濃濃既芝麻味,仲有少少沙沙地咁,好似芝麻糊! 5️⃣大阪燒(帶子)($98) 入面既珍珠帶子好多,幾本上真係切開每一忽都會食到粒!覺得好足料。同杏鮑菇、椰菜、蛋漿、麵粉煎香,面頭再撒上海苔粉、木魚絲同埋沙律醬,整體我覺得粉感唔會好重,好好食! 6️⃣丸九小山園抹茶醬烤蛋糕($158) 呢個甜品好癲❗️極大份😍面頭淋滿抹茶醬,再薄薄灑上一層抹茶粉,配上蕨餅、白玉、紅豆、焦糖香蕉、藍莓、草莓呢啲配料,係
