韓式燉雞係香港其實都好少見,原來喺韓國係一道都幾出名嘅菜式,同埋呢間舖頭係韓國都有唔少嘅分店!去到見到枱枱基本上都會叫一碟燉雞,如果鍾意食芝士嘅話就可以叫芝士燉雞,想試下傳統風味嘅話就一定要叫鳳雛燉雞啦!🐥**********<鳳雛燉雞> $248<加飯焦> $38個燉雞可以揀有骨或者無骨,辣度都可以選擇嫁🌶碟雞嘅份量其實都夠兩至三個人食,雞嘅肉質都幾嫩滑,雖然舊舊都好大件但都唔會覺得好濟😋如果唔要辣嘅話,個汁係甜甜地嘅,同啲雞都幾match!除咗雞之外,仲會有紅蘿蔔、薯仔、青瓜等配料,重點係個底會有冬粉,個冬粉嘅質地係煙煙韌韌,好似幼版嘅薯粉咁,配埋個汁真係好好食😍如果要再加配料嘅話,個人會推介加飯焦,個飯焦好似平時啲煲仔飯個底咁,外脆內軟,同樣加落啲汁度撈埋一齊食,都無得頂啊!🤩
