我今日放假,約同好友去位於旺角彌敦道726號地舖的鋿晶館飲茶,好友推介餐廳是自家製品牌,所有點心都是現場即點即做的手作點心,因為師傅曾就職於日本東京富麗華多年,回港後任職於多間米芝蓮酒店及酒樓集團為主管,經驗豐富。我和好友點左:百花炸蝦球(5隻)$68,馳名南翔小籠包$34,活拆生剝鮮蝦腸$45,月半彎晶瑩鮮蝦餃(2粒)$22,黑松露北菇燒賣皇(2粒)$20,花膠螺頭燉赤肉湯$82。籠仔蒸飯套餐$108,有蟲草花螺片墩雞湯及喜灼爽甜娃娃菜。大良薑汁雙皮奶 $26。整體黎講係高質素的菜色,材料新鮮和好味,我最欣賞滋補燉湯,真係材料充足,飲到清甜湯水,我連湯渣都食哂!
