最近發現咗旺角有一間好好食嘅中菜私房菜小店 - 如一。一入座後可以選擇普洱或鐵觀音,茶品質素OK 。杏汁花膠白肺湯個味道好香,杏汁味道香濃,而且帶輕微鹹香,裏面亦都有筒形花膠以及很有彈性的豬肺,材料十足。鹹蛋黃焗蝦鹹鹹香香,金黃的外皮包裹着鮮蝦,口感香脆,鹹味適中,質感彈牙,連蝦殼都可以食。欖角醬燒排骨味道濃郁鹹香,排骨也比想像中更加啖啖肉,亦不會乾柴,有一定水份,送飯一流。如一手撕雞比想像中更加好吃,雞皮質感彈性又滑,配搭芝麻及滑嫩的雞肉,也是晚餐餸菜之選。豉椒味菜鵝腸熱辣辣炒得爽口入味,相當乾淨有鹹香。陳皮蒜子欖角蒸龍躉脊裏面果然充滿陳皮香味,蒸龍躉脊質感香滑,加上連皮,充滿魚油香,整味菜都好吸引。想不到這裏竟然有隱世的中式私房菜,難怪亦有非常多人光顧,沒有介紹錯。
