To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢晚同朋友一齊出黎旺角行街，行到黎花園街，個肚餓到咕咕聲搵到一間地鋪叫紅橋，決定闖入醫醫肚晚市套餐相當抵食，$78已經可以食到一個主食連餐湯+飲品嘅set dinner點餐全用手機apps 系統落單，岩哂年輕人用，如果同老人家黎就要幫幫佢地啦餐湯：西湯（左）、中湯（右）左邊係牛肝菌蘑菇湯，朋友仔話菇味濃，唔太咸；右邊就係小妹揀既木瓜雪耳豬骨湯，隨湯附上足料湯渣，飲落無味精味，唔錯忌廉汁煙三文魚蒜香意粉朋友叫左呢個煙三文魚意粉，簡簡單單既賣相，味道就一啲都唔簡單，香濃忌廉汁份量岩岩好意粉入口唔會俾人一種太油膩嘅感覺，配合埋蒜粒同香菇等配料，味道好香好惹味煙三文魚腩麻醬蛋包飯蛋包飯既誘惑邊個會抵擋得住呢meun 上好細心，可以俾健康人士揀埋走茄汁/走芝士等options 小妹先食煙三文魚腩片，魚油香，唔會死咸，而且係烘焗過點上麻醬少少甜味中和返蛋包飯蛋皮包到木瓜形貌相好吸引，原來入面既飯粒充滿蛋汁，蛋香由內到外都有一個字
