唔係朋友帶路,唔知道筲箕灣內街有間高質素的越南餐廳;唔入去食越南河粉,唔知道餐廳有天后嘅臨記格仔餅。餐廳細細,一眼望曬,可是出品甚佳,價錢還好親民。🏅豬頸肉沙嗲串($72)🏅馬拉盞炒芥蘭苗($56)🏅生牛肉湯金邊粉($78)🏅汁燒牛肉配扎肉撈檬($68)🏅臨記格仔餅配自家製花生碎煉奶及花生醬($48)豬頸肉厚切成方塊,爽彈得來帶點嚼勁,本身已好入味,蘸點酸辣的沙嗲醬則更香濃。馬拉盞的蝦米、豆瓣醬、薑、蒜和辣椒結合起來夠曬鹹香又唔會過鹹,芥蘭翠綠爽脆。呈粉紅色的生牛肉夠嫩滑,金邊粉爽滑,湯底夠熱又鮮甜,不肥不膩。撈檬的汁燒牛肉鮮嫩多汁,扎肉是難得的厚切,很好吃。厚身是臨記格仔餅的特色,花生碎很脆,花生醬很滑,還有小碗朱古力醬,抵食。
