今天在尖沙咀棉登徑看到一家日式料理店黑門水產有很多明星光顧的合影,我和朋友也打算嘗嘗。### 黑門三文魚加州反卷一整塊三文魚包住米飯,上面還佈滿了三文魚籽和蟹籽,甚至還加了酸甜芝士醬,米飯中間包住玉子燒蟹肉和黃瓜。不僅視覺上也十分誘人,色彩繽紛,在味道上令人滿足,讓人感受到新鮮食材的極致美味!### 海膽蟹味噌甲羅燒金黃色的蟹肉、鮮嫩的海膽和晶瑩剔透的蟹籽放在甲羅上,真是色彩繽紛令人垂涎!入口,蟹肉的鮮甜與海膽的濃郁相互交融,蟹籽則為整道菜增添了一層獨特的海味!### 鐵火卷內裡包裹著鮮紅的吞拿魚,外層則是烤得稍微有點金黃的米飯,帶有微微的焦香味。咬下去時,吞拿鱼的鮮美瞬間爆發!### 蔥吞拿魚腩卷伴有彩色蓮藕和海帶絲,吞拿魚腩卷搭配著燒烤過的蔥花,讓整體口感更加香脆濃郁!### 三文魚牛油炒什菌牛油和什菌的香氣滲透進每一塊三文魚,豐富的口感與風味!### 黑門紅豆雪糕雪糕細膩滑順清涼,抹茶味甜而不膩,曲奇餅味比較香!這家店環境和日式料理味道都不錯,而且人均也就200元左右,下回還會再來!
