朋友為我慶祝生日,特意選擇呢間頗具名氣的日式居酒屋,不過我只可以話呢間居酒屋嘅入座人數已經不復當年,星期日夜晚入座率都大約只有六成。由於係居酒屋格局,所以坐起上嚟會有少少逼迫,但係環境衛生同埋服務態度都係合乎預期。居酒屋提供嘅食物種類非常之多,包括壽司、刺身、壽司丼飯、天婦羅、串燒、燒物、火鍋等等,令人眼花撩亂,最後我哋三個人叫咗四樣食物,包括壽司盛一客、牛肉壽喜燒、海膽蟹肉甲羅燒、同埋魚生丼飯(有海膽吞拿魚蟹柳)。呢四樣食物嘅水準保持得唔錯,味道同食才新鮮度都幾好。我個人最推薦嘅係甲羅燒,因為唔係好多地方可以食到呢個菜,雖然每個甲羅燒只會配上一塊威化餅,不過其實係可以叫店員添加餅。至於啲食物嘅賣相就請參考我嘅相片。三個人最後食咗大約$1100,合乎預期。但係我覺得店家有必要做一啲推廣工作,否則難以在如今的經濟狀況下生存。

最近決定去旅行,唔如搵間好食嘅日本餐廳,一解思鄉之仇🤣🤣今次來到黑門水產,佢係關西出名嘅水產舖頭,平時喺日本都好多人食,但我未喺香港試過。我哋叫咗兩個**lunch set刺身丼飯**。套餐包括一碗麵豉湯、茶碗蒸同埋前菜。佢用嘅飯同平時壽司燥飯唔同,飯粒偏硬身,口感特別。刺身選擇都好多,海膽同蟹肉蟹膏份量都比得多,真係大滿足😌。因為週末都要返工,就係要對自己好一點,所以另外叫咗**海膽甲羅燒**同埋**煙三文魚大阪燒**,味道都非常出色,絕對值得一試。最後埋單大約$600,食到超飽。不過如果淨係叫lunch set,其實消費唔使$200,都幾打工仔friendly。

今日嚟尖沙咀同朋友食飯之前食過銅鑼灣嘅黑門水產朋友話想試吓尖沙咀呢間🇭🇰環境同銅鑼灣嗰間都差唔多其實有好多嘢都好吸引好想食😆首先有呢個牛舌牛舌熱辣辣鐵板上🥰要趁熱食👍🏻牛舌熟度煮得啱啱好香蔥胡椒都好出,有淡淡柚子味☺️之後就到呢個辣魷魚其實唔算係好辣,魷魚爽口🤤之後就到壽喜牛肉鍋,呢個就同平時餐廳嘅水準差唔多有基本嘅材料,配有粉絲牛肉色澤唔錯🥰 肥瘦都分明食落一樣咁正☺️ 肥瘦適中跟住就到呢隻蠔有驚喜地大隻😍 食落都好新鮮仲好有心地配埋啲柚子啫喱令口感同層次更多🆙👍🏻另外都十分推介就係呢個甲羅燒好貼心咁喺煮之前俾我哋睇吓同影相😆好彩之前真係睇咗啲材料食落有好出嘅海膽味配埋餅乾食就更加突出個鮮甜味🥰呢間黑門嘅嘢食絕對好唔錯🥰嘢食用料去到服務質素都好好有機會會再嚟食☺️

難得早放工,可以同同事早啲來晚餐,再夜啲就冇位了好多人book左位。裝修有格調,環境寧靜,適合打工仔放工來傾計,食物種類和款色多。侍應頻密加茶,態度友善。海膽蟹味噌甲羅燒本人第一次食甲羅燒,果然是餐廳的招牌名物。有廚師貼心地在旁幫助混合蟹殼內的食材和燒煮。入囗蟹味非常濃郁,和餅乾的配搭一流,好味,推介!龍蝦汁海鮮一道菜有晒幾海鮮!蝦很大隻,而且爽口嫩滑,龍蝦汁滲入蝦內令肉質入味。魷魚,蠔,芋絲等都很好吃,龍蝦汁可以用來撈飯一流。魚生丼賣相吸引,一份丼已經可以食到咁多種魚生,高CP值!魚生食落好新鮮,散發鮮味,一啲都唔腥,壽司飯調味合宜,飯量足。燒牛油帆立貝有專人幫煮燒、調味,令帆立入味,肉質鮮甜新鮮,而且會切成碎粒方便和友人分享。三文魚大板燒燒得合乎中道,塊底外脆內軟,煙三文魚足料,整體味道不錯,而且很飽肚。

餐廳裝修好有日本feel,坐得舒服。講返食物先,真係樣樣都掂!海膽蟹味噌甲羅燒,香味正到冇朋友!大阪木津海鮮丼都好新鮮,好多唔同嘅刺身,食到停唔到口!焦糖蘋果鵝肝多士都幾有創意,鵝肝入口即溶,配埋焦糖蘋果嘅酸甜味,好開胃!燒黑豚腩荔枝卷都幾特別,估唔到荔枝同黑豚腩咁夾,甜甜哋好惹味!白蘑菇釀鮮蝦肉串都唔錯,蝦肉爽口彈牙,蘑菇juicy!燒雞皮脆卜卜,送啤酒一流!最後叫咗火炙三文魚壽司,三文魚燒得好香,好滿足!黑門水產嘅嘢食真係高質又抵食,around $200一個人真係抵!下次想食日本嘢,一定會再嚟!
