粗菜館係多年九龍城明星食府,多年來一直保持水準,而且仲係蔡瀾推介食府,所以食物質素一定唔會差,早年同家人食過覺得好食岩味道,今日都無變一定要試下招牌菜式,招牌炒豬雜同招牌炒魚腩炒豬雜係豬既內臟,由三代唔同既豬肉炒出,嫩豬中豬老豬,分別有豬心豬潤豬腸豬肚,唔同年紀既豬肉有唔同既口感,老闆好有諗頭,係一道必試菜式,炒出黎無內臟苦澀味,廚師事前準備功夫做得好炒魚腩好香口,都係必試,食食下會更鐘意食,香脆外皮軟的魚肉,好鮮嫩可口,平時少食魚既都會鐘意食呢道菜,果然招牌菜無誤蒜蓉炒菜心蒜蓉味道好突出,突出到菜心的鮮甜,菜心又鮮嫩客家炒粉絲有鍋氣,始終係唔同啲,連醬汁都好好味,份量又充足大大碟紅蘿蔔粟米豬𦟌湯一上枱滾到出煙一鍋上剛剛煲好的湯,即刻趁熱飲,感覺唔到有味精而且好清甜,煲得好出味,飲左幾碗菜館位置容易搵,幾道菜都做得好出色老牌菜館唔會令人失望,睇得出老闆好用心經營菜館,用料同心機都落足心血去做老闆話係一代傳一代做落去,家傳菜館好難得,希望菜館出色既菜唔會失傳,真係100分
