To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一向九龍城都係多明星去食野既地方,好多老字號既鋪頭都實會有d明星打下躉。今次我地去既係一間潮州飯店,依間野出名食大響螺(時價),響螺雞燉翅($360碗)可惜兩樣都賣晒。講服務就真係好好,因為我老爸係熟客仔所以特別好招呼,但我見佢地對其他人招呼都唔錯。雖然老爸係常客但係我今次都係第一次黎。前菜辣蘿蔔豆腐干我本人就好鍾意食0拿,主菜今次我就試左紅燒翅, 凍蟹, 煎馬友, 沙爹牛肉,老闆仲送左炸豆腐配蘸韭菜汁,甜芋頭及薑薯糖水~評一評野食先:紅燒翅 $160一碗 都有湯碗咁大, 翅既份量亦都足,不過味道就真係好一般拿。凍蟹比較失望既菜式,肉夠實正但鮮味欠奉,真可惜!煎馬友係全晚最出色既一味餸,脆脆既魚皮加鮮味既魚肉Yummy !!沙爹牛肉就係全晚最可惡既餸,D牛肉”鞋”到好似沙紙咁 ><”     大家都好想知埋單要幾多錢ga0拿~答案係...多謝HKD$880 (我地叫左2個紅燒翅)貴唔貴就見仁見智LA。至於好唔好食,老實講就真係麻麻地,下次黎都要諗諗~

評一評野食先:

紅燒翅 $160一碗 都有湯碗咁大, 翅既份量亦都足,不過味道就真係好一般拿。
