每年暑假都會約埋親朋好友圍埋一齊食海鮮餐, 今年再encore鯉魚門「威龍」, 品嚐了呢圍十人份量, 每位HK$500全包嘅海鮮餐 (已包加一, 茶芥), 預先book位, 餐廳間有獨立房間, 提升私隱度。先送上前菜, 皮蛋配砂糖、花生、配青瓜, 食住等上菜。原隻龍蝦刺身: 刺身切得帶點點厚度, 口感超爽口彈牙, 鮮味十足!  原味凍食松葉蟹: 先送上原隻松葉蟹滿足相機食先, 然後侍應在旁協助剪開蟹腳, 方便食用, 夠哂貼心! 蟹肉能被一梳梳撕出, 鮮甜多汁, 蟹身仲有些少甘甜蟹膏。 風沙豆腐: 炸豆腐雖不是香脆炸皮, 但跟避風塘炸蒜炒起, 微辣有香氣, 幾惹味。清蒸蘇鼠斑: 魚肉嫩滑新鮮, 食到魚鮮味。麵豉醬唐生菜: 清甜爽脆生菜配麵豉醬炒, 鹹甜美味。秘製咕嚕肉: 咕嚕肉肉質彈牙, 表面平均被酸甜汁包住, 開胃。 薑蔥龍蝦頭爪炸麵: 炸麵卜卜脆,  薑蔥茨汁偏杰, 唔影響卜卜脆麵口感。豉椒炒大蜆: 蜆冇沙, 炒得有穫氣, 鹹香惹味。皇牌瑤柱蛋白炒飯: 炒得粒粒分明, 很有層次。一品海鮮湯: 奶白色湯底, 魚鮮味重。最後送上是日果盤。
