人少好難食到豐富又多款嘅海鮮餐, 而且又要挨海鮮價, 今日好姊妹就帶咗我去鯉魚門牌坊嘅另一邊, 新開嘅「蟹仙海鮮蒸氣石碢」, 呢度有數款明碼實價嘅海鮮套餐, 人頭價收費, 可以品嚐多款新鮮海鮮, 價錢由HK$449起。餐廳地方闊落, 乾淨企理, 而且仲有個露台位可以欣賞日落景色。我地揀咗HK$449/位(另加一)套餐, 店員指因日本輻射水關係, 為食客安全, 已停日本貨, 改以其他國家入貨, 令我地食得放心。數款海鮮已被清洗乾淨上檯, 而開始蒸海鮮前, 店員先把粥底放底, 待蒸海鮮期間鮮味肉汁流至粥底, 最後可品嚐鮮味粥底。然後全程店員逐款海鮮放上爐, set好時間蒸, 唔擔心會蒸過龍。 加拿大野生大赤蝦: 赤蝦好大假, 帶豐富甘甜蝦膏, 肉質偏林, 但多汁。韓國斧山珍珠蠔: 蠔唔算大隻, 不過食落有蠔味。黃金翡翠螺: 拉出嘅螺肉很肥美, 冇沙, 爽甜彈牙多汁。帶子配自家製蟹皇醬: 帶子蒸至8成熟, juicy又滑, 蟹皇醬令鮮味更提升。台灣九孔鮑魚: 已被去除內臟, 鮑魚沒有額外調味, 都很鮮甜彈牙。大西洋野生青口: 青口好大隻, 蒸後keep到多汁, 味道帶甘。野生琵琶龍蝦: 琵琶

最後, 店員協助將蒸隔拿走, 將蔥粒同埋菜脯粒加入粥底就食得, 粥底很綿, 食到菜脯粒嘅鹹甜同埋層次, 大概每人有兩碗份量, 所以整個set都會食得飽。
