To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天與幾位朋友到太古城的chatterbox express 晚餐，聞說此餐廳來自星加坡文華大酒店，海南雞是它的知名菜式，餐廳以快餐形式運作，裝修簡潔。我們點了：🌿1. 雞肉沙嗲串：香辣、微甜的烤雞串。🌿2. 文華海南雞飯：嫩滑的雞肉、香氣四溢的飯和三款特製醬料。🌿3. 招牌大蝦喇沙：濃郁的湯底，帶有新鮮蝦和椰奶的香甜。🌿4. 新加坡肉骨茶配白飯：濃郁的肉骨茶湯，帶有蒜頭的辛辣味，排骨肉質軟嫩多汁。🌿5. 原個鮮椰青：清爽的椰子水。🌿6. 招牌涼凉粉紅豆椰子沙冰：涼爽的粉條、紅豆和椰子沙冰，帶有一點點的甜味和椰子香氣。
