To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

太古城有很多食肆，這間由星加坡過江龍來港的餐廳也在這邊的港島區插旗，其他分店主要在九龍、新界。餐牌選擇眾多，分別有全日供應的招牌菜、期間限定，連飲品也有一整頁。裡面環境光猛，座位寬闊、舒適。星洲海鮮炒貴刁貴刁即是河粉，寬河粉有著煙韌的口感，以黑醬油炒，炒得很有鑊氣，上面有三大隻蝦點綴，爽口彈牙，其他配料還有魷魚、臘腸、韭菜、芽菜、雞蛋、芫茜、洋蔥等，足料又豐富。味道油香鹹鹹的。蒜蓉炒小棠菜來一份蔬菜，較健康。最簡單的蒜蓉清炒小棠菜，已經很美味了。美祿恐龍東南亞的經典飲品，牛奶混合美祿粉，很濃烈，上面灑上朱古力粉及脆脆，豐富口感。
