To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

超過一年不能出遊，很掛念新加坡文華海南雞飯，難得今日早放，行經太古城見到這間招牌文華雞飯，就決定去試試。二人各自叫了兩個set dinner, 包飲品。我選了文華海南雞飯，朋友則叫了個星州海鮮炒貴刁，然後加了兩個小食：雞肉沙爹串及具備馬來特色的魚餅配多士包。文華海南雞飯配合了比較正宗的星州雞飯黑油，雞飯專用辣椒及薑，油飯則香氣惹味。星州海鮮炒貴刁配有超大蝦肉外，更配有特色臘腸調味，加入芽菜，更加適合香港人口味。小食雞肉沙爹串除了帶有香濃的星州巴剎風味外，還配上甜甜的、微微辣的沙嗲醬，很配細嫩的雞肉，唔錯呀。另一小食馬來魚餅配多士包，真的第一次吃，中間那塊魚餅口感似兒時在士多時買的沙爹魚串燒，有趣、有創意，非常特別。餐廳座位都舒適，唔錯的用餐地方
