今次嚟到中環SOHO區,平時呢度食嘢都出名貴,但係朋友介紹吓呢度有星期二買一送一嘅牛扒,梗係要試吓啦。一入到去間餐廳,就見到玩味十足嘅紋身長,仲有好多塗鴉元素,霓虹燈等等,風格獨特,菜式方面都係fusion菜,但當然我係朝着牛扒嚟啦。嚟到酒吧餐廳點可以唔試吓啲drinks呢,揀咗一杯Cocktail一杯mocktail, 可以坐響吧枱面前睇住調酒師整,睇得又飲得,前菜揀咗一個Charred Cabbage $98, 呢個情況好有驚喜,用咗紅菜頭乳酪做醬汁,配上辣椒,出奇地夾,食完都想點晒啲汁佢。正餐當然就係Grilled Angus Rib-Eye 10oz $328,3成熟嘅煮法,加$38可以upgrade做凱撒沙律,同埋有焗過嘅蒜頭同埋薯條,薯條唔夠食仲可以添,蒜頭放上牛扒一齊食好滋味,仲有唔同嘅醬汁配搭,好有fusion嘅感覺另外仲揀咗一個Baby suckling pig (half kg) $248,係慢煮14小時嘅乳豬仔,夠晒肥美,側邊仲有啲烤菠蘿響度,同埋配搭薄荷菠蘿醬汁,減低油膩感,特別嘅口味。最後甜品揀咗一個fusion西多士Ube-Do-Si $98, 概念源自於香
