Soho區搵食一向都唔難,間間有特色,不過真係要早啲黎,周圍都好多人。我揀左呢間Holy Eats, 因為想試個慢煮豬。七點半黎到都爆晒喇,等左一陣,吹住微風傾下偈好快就有位喇。⭐Grilled Broccoli $108- 一上檯已經聞到好香嘅烤菜味,加上柑橘乳酪汁同杏仁片,香味口感更上一層樓⭐Mac Daddy n' Cheese $108- 呢個名即時諗起某年喺間連鎖美式餐廳食過嘅焗芝士通心粉!呢個係素食版,即係冇左煙肉,表面焗到好crunchy,啲芝士汁好香,一啖啖滿滿嘅幸福感⭐Blue Swimmer Crab Fettuccine $158- 足料嘅蟹肉闊條麵,本身芝士醬好濃,加左啲乾蕃茄即刻平衡番。蟹肉好多好甜。⭐Baby sickling pig (half KG) $248- 慢煮14小時配上燒菠蘿同埋薄荷菠蘿汁- 烤豬燒到外脆內軟,肉質好嫩滑,慢慢咀嚼仲有好濃郁嘅肉味,點埋薄荷菠蘿汁食更加好味!⭐Ube-Do-Si $98- 睇簡介話佢係港式西多士嘅改版,一上檯真係嘩一聲呀,有好多小珍珠丫,上面仲有啲椰絲,個「西多士」都係夾左花生醬,炸得好香脆。呢個驚喜又好食。 continue reading

驟眼以為自己去咗墨西哥紅燈區(戴頭盔)呢個形容唔係負面只係餐廳嘅燈光偏紅且暗細望下牆一掛住一幅幅畫作題材包括宗教、日本武士及動物等另一邊小酒吧天花位置亮著「Lets Get fking' Lit」明顯,成個裝潢佈置都好有態度喺咁強烈視覺衝嘅氛圍下用餐出奇到咁chill 餐廳菜色貫徹墨西哥菜特色酸辣甜醬汁取勝燒菜烤箱都唔錯特色鍾意個烤Broccolini炭火香+酸乳酪+harissa辣醬辛香味怡人又清爽另外仲有Hummus!Serve with 慢煮牛舌呢個我可以一個人自私食Angus Ribeye正常發揮At least冇overcook而且肉質唔錯朋友insist要點嘅Mac Daddy n’ Cheese 望住佢食都覺得唔會唔好食因為真係一拉就勁多cheese坐對面都聞到係super cheesy!Red Wine & godfather cocktail澳洲嘅Carbernet sauvignon 口感算幾輕身莓果香配牛扒一流! continue reading

餐廳最近轉咗新Menu! 🍝Blue Swimmer Crab Fettuccine 🦀sage brown butter, sun dried tomatoes, chili flakes, chives, parmesan🧀係一個蟹肉闊條麵味道都幾特別 唔係一般嘅芝士而係海鮮的味道啲蟹肉都幾多!🥩Grilled Angus Rib-Eye 10ozcooked at medium rare, fries & roasted garlic牛扒都幾大份 而且煎得幾靚好軟熟 !!仲有焗香左嘅蒜頭 🧄同埋薯條🍞最後叫咗個甜品,叫做Ube-Do-Si原來係香港經典嘅多士, 熱辣辣煎焗出嚟,入邊夾住花生醬🥜然後仲有啲椰絲珍珠配料好飽肚又滿足!跟住嗌咗兩杯嘢飲🍺Honeysuckle Natural Fruit Seltzers我揀咗青檸味 💚就係一款有酒精嘅soda water 幾特別喎 另一杯就叫咗啤酒beer on tap Orion 🍺 continue reading

餐廳在地圖的定位跟實際有點出入,要在往前走才能看到,地方不會很大,但人氣挺足的,很多外國人,挺有風味的!Local Tiger Prawns (4pcs) (168元)調味是酸酸辣辣甜甜的,挺惹味的,再加上芫茜來調味,蝦肉口感彈牙!配菜還有醃蘿蔔和番石榴,口感清爽。Holy Fries (128元)顏色和配料都挺豐富的,配上主角大量的芝士和牛肉碎,還有芫茜蛋黃醬,番茄和洋蔥來增加口感和解膩。薯條吃起來外脆內軟,又有芝士香和牛肉香。OX Tongue Macaroni (138元)牛舌燉煮得非常軟嫩和入味,配上芝士味香濃的通心粉,味道挺香的。Baby Suckling Pig (Half kg) (248元)豬件經過慢煮再烤香,表皮非常香脆,但吃起來肥而不膩,口感滑嫩多汁,配上這裡兩款特別醬汁,特別清爽和解膩。紅色的有點像泰式酸辣的感覺。後者用上菠蘿來弄成的口感帶甜香。 continue reading

今次嚟到中環SOHO區,平時呢度食嘢都出名貴,但係朋友介紹吓呢度有星期二買一送一嘅牛扒,梗係要試吓啦。一入到去間餐廳,就見到玩味十足嘅紋身長,仲有好多塗鴉元素,霓虹燈等等,風格獨特,菜式方面都係fusion菜,但當然我係朝着牛扒嚟啦。嚟到酒吧餐廳點可以唔試吓啲drinks呢,揀咗一杯Cocktail一杯mocktail, 可以坐響吧枱面前睇住調酒師整,睇得又飲得,前菜揀咗一個Charred Cabbage $98, 呢個情況好有驚喜,用咗紅菜頭乳酪做醬汁,配上辣椒,出奇地夾,食完都想點晒啲汁佢。正餐當然就係Grilled Angus Rib-Eye 10oz $328,3成熟嘅煮法,加$38可以upgrade做凱撒沙律,同埋有焗過嘅蒜頭同埋薯條,薯條唔夠食仲可以添,蒜頭放上牛扒一齊食好滋味,仲有唔同嘅醬汁配搭,好有fusion嘅感覺另外仲揀咗一個Baby suckling pig (half kg) $248,係慢煮14小時嘅乳豬仔,夠晒肥美,側邊仲有啲烤菠蘿響度,同埋配搭薄荷菠蘿醬汁,減低油膩感,特別嘅口味。最後甜品揀咗一個fusion西多士Ube-Do-Si $98, 概念源自於香港式嘅西多士,入邊有花生醬,出面就有紫薯西米,幾特別嘅配搭下次如果星期二你記得叫牛l continue reading
