To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由屯馬綫兆康站落車,F出口行10幾分鐘到領大,我由停車場入囗入去,上樓梯行去到食堂,搭電梯上一樓。$7一位茶,的確係平,星期六中1點到,8成滿坐,多數都係外來人,坐到兩點已經冇乜人,好清靜咋。我哋坐大堂,樓底好高,有個樓梯上二樓一間房。午蝦餃係頂點,質素對得住價錢有餘,其他點心都ok。職員態度可以 ,好唔好視乎你嘅要求,其實大學嘅酒樓,一般唔會太差,但係又唔會係好一流,不竟顧客主要係教職員,有學校管理質素,衛生都係可以嘅,
