To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前到這兒試過下午茶,覺得點心不俗,今天就來喝早茶。很多酒樓只有星期一至五有早茶優惠,這酒樓星期六也有,驚喜!點了兩個特惠孖寶,合共四個點心,分別是:榨菜滑雞飯:榨菜、雞肉和米飯都不少,雞很滑,味道很好,米飯熱騰騰的,好吃,就只是榨菜蒸得太軟,爽脆一點更佳。香茜牛肉腸:腸粉皮很滑,裏面的牛肉放得滿滿的,味道不錯。順德鯪魚球:鯪魚球很大,可惜味道偏淡。鮮蝦翡翠餃:蝦爽口彈牙,可惜餃皮太軟。這店比較特別的是有兩輛智能餐車負責把點心由廚房送到一張大桌子,再由侍應分發點心,小孩看到這智能餐車,挺高興的。不過,這酒樓可能因為顧客太多,又人手不足,所以侍應都比較來去匆匆。其中一個侍應把我們的水壺拿去加水,遲遲卻沒有送回來,結果要問了兩三個侍應,才補上水壺。
