To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 都好多年無嚟過「太興」食早餐啦,其實無咩特別原因,只喺美孚有太多選擇喇!不過最近收到 中電送贈嘅現金券,趁快手用咗佢,費事過吓過吓唔記得就嘥咗。正正好耐無嚟過「太興」食早餐,所以,就過嚟嘆返下!環境都喺一般茶餐廳格局,絕大多數都喺卡位,而星期六朝嚟到,都幾多客人,感覺大都喺街坊街里。餐牌選擇唔叫多,兩大板睇晒,不過已經好夠選擇,以二維碼自助落單。附近好幾家茶記,啲粉麵都喺一款餸,再加腿蛋呀、餐蛋呀……配多士,但我哋兩個所揀嘅粉麵餐就單單兩款餸放埋一齊,無配多士嘅。枱側抽櫃,就擺齊晒啲餐具、餐紙,茶記嘅慣常設定。頂級午餐肉滑蛋米粉 $40唔知點頂級法,總之餐肉就喺類似長城牌白豬仔嗰質素,都切得夠厚身,煎得香口,平時老婆就要煎熟蛋,但今次因為啲餸料放晒入湯,所以,滑蛋佢都OK,唔使轉,而啲米粉煮得啱啱好,無過腍,亦唔會有未熟嘅感覺,同埋啲份量都幾多。柑桔蜜平時老婆就多數揀熱檸水、好立克,今次見到有款柑桔蜜,當然更加啱佢飲啦。雖然都喺現成貨開沖,但味道又確喺唔錯,幾香柑桔味,酸酸甜甜咁。沙爹牛肉滑蛋通粉 $40小弟就繼續晌茶記食沙嗲牛肉通(或者公仔麵)系列,一個熱奶茶,一個沙爹牛,我覺得喺茶

沙爹牛肉滑蛋通粉 $40

小弟就繼續晌茶記食沙嗲牛肉通(或者公仔麵)系列,一個熱奶茶,一個沙爹牛,我覺得喺茶記嘅首本嘢,普遍嚟講都好少會衰。而呢度嘅沙嗲牛肉都幾大件,又唔會碎濕濕,醃得入味,幾腍滑,個沙嗲汁推得幾香濃,溝埋落啲湯度,食起嚟通粉都特別好味啲。題外話,通粉煮得啱啱好都唔喺必然,好多時啲快餐店hea做,煮定一大盤,啲通粉真喺腍晒。至於件炒滑蛋睇樣好似幾熟吓,但其實入口就幾嫩滑喎,又有蛋香。

小弟就安慣例嗌熱奶茶,呢度嘅熱奶茶算唔錯,茶底夠芳香,好有茶味,茶奶比例夠平衡,口感都夠細滑。

平時兩公婆食完早餐都會行吓上馬騮山,因為稍後有啲事情要辦,所以,今次就行吓荔枝角公園 ,打個大轉,其實一樣好舒服,兼且幫助消化。
