To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早餐質素超差,普通通粉都冇味道,連餐蛋公仔麵都可以冇味,仲點幫襯呢?裝修幾靚都冇有喇!完全冇改善過,唔好賴經濟唔好,先檢討自己嘅質素!
唔知點頂級法,總之餐肉就喺類似長城牌白豬仔嗰質素,都切得夠厚身,煎得香口,平時老婆就要煎熟蛋,但今次因為啲餸料放晒入湯,所以,滑蛋佢都OK,唔使轉,而啲米粉煮得啱啱好,無過腍,亦唔會有未熟嘅感覺,同埋啲份量都幾多。
平時老婆就多數揀熱檸水、好立克,今次見到有款柑桔蜜,當然更加啱佢飲啦。雖然都喺現成貨開沖,但味道又確喺唔錯,幾香柑桔味,酸酸甜甜咁。
小弟就繼續晌茶記食沙嗲牛肉通(或者公仔麵)系列,一個熱奶茶,一個沙爹牛,我覺得喺茶記嘅首本嘢,普遍嚟講都好少會衰。而呢度嘅沙嗲牛肉都幾大件,又唔會碎濕濕,醃得入味,幾腍滑,個沙嗲汁推得幾香濃,溝埋落啲湯度,食起嚟通粉都特別好味啲。題外話,通粉煮得啱啱好都唔喺必然,好多時啲快餐店hea做,煮定一大盤,啲通粉真喺腍晒。至於件炒滑蛋睇樣好似幾熟吓,但其實入口就幾嫩滑喎,又有蛋香。
小弟就安慣例嗌熱奶茶,呢度嘅熱奶茶算唔錯,茶底夠芳香,好有茶味,茶奶比例夠平衡,口感都夠細滑。
西多士餐嘅雞翼😋,皮唔算最脆,但係肉汁保持得唔錯。咖喱味足,辣香挑逗味蕾,雖然可以再猛烈啲。西多士就算唔特別,足料就真。
公司三文治餐,較有彈性🥪。料豐富夾雜鮮嫩,雖然無大突破,但食落開胃勁足。每次食完都暗暗嘆息,依家啲三文魚都重口味,但係做得好實在。
港式燒味,飛咗幾千海里,原來唔洗喺香港,太興嘅叉燒脆皮乳豬飯,味道鮮美多汁,一啖又一啖,燒鴨好香味,皮脆得黎唔膩,賣相靚,食落嘅感覺更完整。八寶飯濕潤香甜,配料搭得宜,正中秋虢!凍奶茶順滑香濃,飲一口氣爽神怡。
總括,呢家店勁好食👍,真係港式情懷實力派,值得再嚟!
午後,天氣終於好轉,可以出外走走,順便吃東西。
到達太興已經近下午3時,點了兩份下午茶餐,包括以下的:
#公司三文治:賣相佳,好足料,味道好!我喜歡吃公司三文治,太興的定價50元 (包熱飲1杯),比Café de Coral的貴12元 (約31%),但太興用料比較好,麵包烘得香脆,而且是“飛邊”,成功勝出!
#紅腸油雞飯:我自小喜歡吃燒臘檔的紅腸,太興下午茶餐竟然有“紅腸專區”,surprise!滿滿的童年回憶!
#熱奶茶:紅茶底沒有澀味,入口順滑,好喝!
#鹹檸水:不想喝奶茶、咖啡的話,鹹檸水是個很好的選擇!
找數時見佢好咭機,所以問一問佢收唔收VISA。點知個女店員個樣好似我依家冇錢畀咁樣串串貢話:“唔收咭喎!一係八達通,一係就cash!”

58蚊元蹄仲跟埋餐,仲想點!
鵝都好抵食,無奈岩岩病好,唔敢食鵝。
原以為58蚊元蹄會好細隻,結果嚇人一跳,勁大隻,勁抵食。
豬皮勁入味,豬肉炆得非常爛,夠晒入味。
跟埋餐飲,白飯,好滿足。
不過另一個餐原本想食蒸魚,結果無貨,成日都冇貨,晤知搞咩。但餐牌日日都有哦。
唯有食豆腐魚柳煲。
不得不順帶講聲,呢個真的頹,食左咁多年,只有價錢在加,份量糸越來越少,整煲野里全部糸豆腐,魚柳就又少又細舊,仲要包好多粉。
不過呢篇食評講的系開心大發現,新菜式系絕對值得表彰,所以點都系比正評。希望太興多d新菜式,轉轉花樣,晤好咁悶啦!
