To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這星期六有工作，去了新蒲崗，大概半小時就完成了工作，肚子餓了便在大有街，爵禄街附近找吃，行下行下去到仁愛街，這樣彎入的內街，可方便食客泊車，本想隨隨便便食小小餃子算了，見到這間小店，貌似新開，標價都不貴，都好試下。主麵食，感覺介乎傳統和新牌之間，有粉有麵，對於這類食肆，我一定要試它的辣，這間特別之處還有一樽麻辣，我點了孖筋麵，茶和奶茶、、、茶就吾得啦！吾夠味，牛筋夠淋，特別要贊的就是麻辣，呢個好味。
