To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六見有周咁多人,所以就再次光顧呢間客家好棧。嚟呢間食店既原因最主要太多數時候都唔洗等位。晚上7點左右,我嚟到呢間店好順利咁就入左去。呢間客家好棧都慣左係唔夠侍應,上點菜慢上菜慢,不過叫做唔洗等位。今晚就點左星期六三重奏,有客家咸雞半隻,豉汁蒸鉗魚,支竹浸時蔬,先講講客家咸雞,相當之嫩滑入味嚟到一定要點呢個餸菜,支竹浸時蔬尚算可以,至於豉汁蒸鉗魚雖然用咗豉汁但都係很重泥味,就算連豉汁一齊食依然蓋不到這種味道。呢度最出名的豬油撈飯,今次我就覺得比較失望可能人手不足的關係導致飯送上來都是凍的,最後我就點咗豆腐花,呢度嘅豆腐花係即是製作係相當之好味嫩滑加上豆味很濃每次嚟到都必點這個甜品作結尾。
