三五成群星期六晚上流浮山食海鮮大約八點左右到這家海鮮酒家,二話不說馬上入正題第一味是豉油皇煎大蝦,味道恰到好處,不會過鹹,蝦肉新鮮而且大隻。陳皮蒸鮑魚,掌握火候啱啱好,鮑魚不會過火變韌,刀叉品嘗最好不過。白焯蟶子王,配上薑蔥絲同吃,鮮味更上一層樓。龍躉兩味,西蘭花炒龍躉球,炆龍躉骨腩,喜歡吃龍躉的我,一口接一口沒停過。蜜餞金蠔,這味不得不讚,金蠔質素很好,入口甘香,蠔味濃郁,完全冇渣。焗奄仔蟹,膏香軟滑,水準之作。花蛤豆腐湯,湯很鮮甜,湯渣是一度菜,花蛤很甜,即使飽到上心口,湯也可以喝幾碗。最後單尾,豉油王炒麵,已飽到吃不下,沒吃。
