講真,今次行海鮮大餐感覺特別掂!🦐🍴豉油皇煎大蝦,酥皮伴隨蝦仁彈牙,完美交織滋味真係令人回味無窮。再講嗰陳皮蒸鮑魚,溫柔嘅口感,蒸得啱啱好,個陳皮味仲有嗰陣陣回甘。而家啲白焯蟶子王,清新得來又唔失鮮味,襯埋薑蔥一齊嚟,頂呱呱!龍躉兩味嗰招數叫我心驚膽跳,炒得火候精準,西蘭花爽脆,龍躉球唔腌制,鮮甜得嚟軟綿綿,炆骨腩更加係骨肉分離嘅翻版。蜜餞金蠔,油亮光澤,每一口都係享受;焗奄仔蟹膏黃飄香,豐腴得嚟咸香交融。湯類話咁快就嚟個花蛤豆腐湯,熱騰騰一啖㕑得剛剛好,清而不淡。至於嗰豉油王炒麵,我唯有留待下次,肚子是真心裝唔落啦~結論,流浮山呢間海鮮酒家,真係平民化又有水準,正!在這裡,新鮮同美味根本就是招牌。👍🐟🌊 continue reading

三五成群星期六晚上流浮山食海鮮大約八點左右到這家海鮮酒家,二話不說馬上入正題第一味是豉油皇煎大蝦,味道恰到好處,不會過鹹,蝦肉新鮮而且大隻。陳皮蒸鮑魚,掌握火候啱啱好,鮑魚不會過火變韌,刀叉品嘗最好不過。白焯蟶子王,配上薑蔥絲同吃,鮮味更上一層樓。龍躉兩味,西蘭花炒龍躉球,炆龍躉骨腩,喜歡吃龍躉的我,一口接一口沒停過。蜜餞金蠔,這味不得不讚,金蠔質素很好,入口甘香,蠔味濃郁,完全冇渣。焗奄仔蟹,膏香軟滑,水準之作。花蛤豆腐湯,湯很鮮甜,湯渣是一度菜,花蛤很甜,即使飽到上心口,湯也可以喝幾碗。最後單尾,豉油王炒麵,已飽到吃不下,沒吃。 continue reading
