又到周末小旅行的時間!今次來到流浮山。由於太肚餓的關係,隨便選了一家最就腳的海鮮餐廳。酥炸生蠔($160 例)外層炸得金黃,但生蠔size 不大,比較乾癟,不夠肥美,但味道仍算鮮味。海鮮豆腐湯($100)海鮮湯與湯料分開盛載,讓客人知道有幾足料。的確,海鮮豆腐有許多湯料,有雜魚,蝦,蜆,大芥菜,豆腐等,多到一個碟都差點不夠載呢。呈奶白色的魚湯夠鮮甜,但鹽及胡椒粉下得頗重手,遮蓋了本身勁吸引的鮮甜味道。豉油皇銀芽炒麵($80,例)豉油皇炒麵很不錯,麵質爽口彈牙,調味剛剛好,最重要是不會炒到油立立呢。餐廳環境比較簡陋,正值冬季,但不知為何烏蠅仍四處飛。餐廳內設有紫外光滅蚊燈,每逢有烏蠅被紫外光撲滅,就會發出巨大的"啪啪聲",每次都嚇了我一大跳。衛生方面,扣了不少分。

Food quality poor. Sweet and sour pork so simple dish but poorly made. Never tried such poor sweet and sour pork before. Not even in the US. Fried squid with celery oily and bad tase. Fried cabbage too salty. Boiled sea snails acceptable, merely because the cooking is simple. Clams okay, but definitely not tasty.

I surely will not recommend to friends.

一開門入去, 就即刻比阿姐問有無訂台, 我話有訂5位, 咁佢就帶我地入去坐左係一張細台度, 原來當日已經全部full booking,要之前book左台先有得食, 唔怪之得出面無人拉客啦, 心諗呢間野有無咁旺啊???? 跟住就有一個女人(我諗係老闆娘)又即刻問我地想食咩??? 大姐, 櫈都未坐定就問人食咩? 加上又無餐牌, 點啊阿姐, 你估我地全部係呢度做既咩? 未問佢有無餐牌law, 佢先至慢慢拎過黎俾我地睇…睇左一陣就問下佢d海鮮點計啦, 佢就話可以帶我地去海鮮檔度睇, 因為可以睇下食咩海鮮! 其實根據我地之前係其他地方食既經驗, 自己睇同係度叫都差唔多, 佢地唔會因為你親自睇而俾d新鮮d既海鮮你既, 所以我地開頭都唔想出去睇, 就問下個阿姐d蝦幾錢斤喇, 第一次佢就話大概百幾蚊啦, 嘩..咩蝦啊, 咁貴咁既?? 咁我地再問基圍蝦幾錢喇?? 佢就已經有d唔耐煩咁….悔悔地氣咁話: 都話帶你地去睇咯, 我都唔知每樣野幾多錢架?? 唔通遂樣遂樣問咩??? 話, 大姐, 我地問黎問去都係蝦姐, 大概幾錢都知架麻, 我又唔信你有幾十款蝦咁多!!! 見佢咁既態度, 都費事再問佢 (唔想同佢講野), 未就話自己去睇law….咁佢就帶我地幾個人出去間叫” 劉勝記”既海鮮鋪選海鮮, 我地就係店員極快速既推銷下選左一斤聖子,一斤九節蝦,一斤蜆,一條細斑魚,埋單四百幾蚊! 俾完錢就返返去球記等食啦, 點知…..坐左係位唔夠5分鐘,就見到已經有野上台喇, 第一樣就白灼蝦,之後就係豉椒炒聖子,接住係上湯粉絲煮蜆, 我都知d野好易煮,但又係未可以咁快手呢?? 再睇返d蜆…食食下先發現, 點解少過我地係海鮮鋪買既??? 當我地想數下大概有幾多隻既時候, d阿姐已經好快手咁幫你拎走哂d殼, 等我地數都數唔到~~~~~~ 都唔知佢地係未一早整定哂d野, 又之後拎咁dlaw......
都算喇, 咁因為我媽咪鐘意食辣, 未叫阿老闆娘要碟辣醬, 點知佢講咩啊????? 佢串串地問: 你要辣醬點咩啊???
點啊, 大姐! 我點咩關你x事啊…茶餐廳/大排檔要碟辣醬都唔使同你交代啦, 真係越食就越勞氣…真係唔明呢d係咩服務態度, 又串又勁趕客咁!!!!!

點知…最嬲既事都仲未發生, 諗住食完快d埋單走人啦, 一睇張單就把幾火, 埋單要3百幾蚊啊, 嘩…我買料都係用左4百幾蚊, 雖然我地有另叫白飯+湯, 但圍起每碟加工費要$60幾70蚊….加埋咁既服務態度, 完全唔值law!!! 總單加埋要$800, 但食左成肚氣落肚law~~~

所以我地決定以後唔會再黎呢間鋪食海鮮, 免得再有同樣事發生, 今日呢間食店真係令我地非常失望, 原來多人食既鋪頭都唔一定係好野黎架, 下次真係要小心選擇!!! 免得後悔+ 最慘係"貼錢買難受"麻.....食到一肚氣law (十個失望)

d野食實在太普通所以無野值得影低~~~~

上一回佢地原來已經食過一次, 可惜當時正值蜜月, 同老婆一齊錯過左, 今次又是食過翻尋味之果, 能得到大家回味無窮, 所以我一開始已經好期待

訂左位七點, 我地六點幾已經到左, 正好臨近日落, 食飯前先沿路一直行小巷, 沿路好多海味乾貨, 更有好多大到你唔信既遊水生猛海鮮, 包你大開眼界, 五至十分鐘已經行到盡頭, 對岸正是深圳, 日落更有另一番感覺, 可恨當日唔知行程原來係咁, 唔係一定帶齊單反裝備, 做個十分鐘龍友

親戚中, 原來有一位係熟客, 早早已經打左黎留餸, 正宗坐底已經有飯開, 而且我地早到+早訂位, 好多靚野都留左俾我地, 今餐真是食得高興

頭盤先黎三隻凍蟹, 蟹鉗足有成隻雞脾咁大, 拎上手就好似齒緊一隻雞脾咁, 啖啖肉唔在講, 蟹既鮮味更加係無得彈, 就連那凍蟹汁都異常鮮甜, 凍蟹不同熱蟹, 凍蟹旨在吃蟹既鮮味, 但凍蟹如果不夠斤兩或不新鮮, 吃凍蟹是受罪, 這裡的凍蟹做得好, 我喜歡再點少少醋, 這樣蟹味更能提高至另一感覺

之後來一個靚湯, 響螺雞腳燉湯材料有響螺、瘦肉、圓肉、雞腳、黨參等, 來時原燉盅上, 湯渣分開來, 老實講, 我真的沒想到海鮮飯店的燉湯會如此好味, 完全無味精, 藥材味濃, 湯鮮甜, 瘦肉吊出雞腳鮮味, 雞腳更是超多, 食極食唔完, 唔係因為留肚食之後既餸, 我相信雞腳很快會被ko掉, 喜歡藥材湯必試, 但可能要預早訂, 畢竟如此一個藥材湯要有足夠時間燉先煲得出精髓來

成人前臂咁大既瀨尿蝦見過未? 之前路過小巷見到那大如手臂既瀨尿蝦已經嚇一跳, 沒想到今晚那碟椒鹽瀨尿蝦放在我地面前會如此震撼, 平時食瀨尿蝦, 相信好多人都覺得剝殼剝得咁辛苦, 但肉就少少, 遇著死蝦, 更加係肉隨殼走, 剝埋都無肉食, 咁大隻瀨尿蝦就完全無呢個問題, 一定新鮮, 而且隻瀨尿蝦大到要一開三, 必有肉食, 椒鹽炒得超香, 我食晒三節, 中同尾最好食, 中間唔駛講, 啖啖肉又彈牙, 尾原來也不錯, 殼很易起, 最後那一節因為沒椒鹽炒過所以很滑, 真是食到食指大動, 連手指都"選"埋

『邊食邊熟』, 是魚上檯時侍應同我地講既一句話, 咁大條清蒸海青班, 蒸魚既時間可以睇出師傅既功力, 『邊食邊熟』既意思係, 魚並不是全熟透, 一路從邊開始食, 食到咁上下熱力剛好令到中間就熟了, 咁就唔會食到最後魚肉已老, 的確魚是蒸得剛剛好, 魚肉魚皮都很滑, 海青班我不識得分別, 但這條班真是很美味

涼瓜青椒炒聖子是比較失望的一味, 聖子炒起已經離殼, 奇怪是殼原來留番鋪左係底, 我相信此舉應該無乜用處, 聖子炒得過老, 已失去聖子鮮味, 如果在普通酒樓絕對收貨, 可惜是流浮山, 我相信吃出食材鮮味才是最好做法, 還好酷熱天氣吃涼瓜正好, 青椒也很甜, 結果又是配菜大過主人婆

蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝也只是合格, 扇貝起內臟再蒸, 但奇怪是帶子要開邊蒸, 少了那吃帶子的厚厚口感, 蒜蓉粉絲味道剛好, 帶子鮮味貴收在粉絲, 可惜合格有餘驚喜欠奉

除卻瀨尿蝦, 大蝦也很大隻, 豉油皇炒大蝦用美極炒的確更香, 大蝦在肚位底開邊炒, 豉油味能滲入蝦肉裡, 蝦殼很易剝, 這味也很出色, 但多吃無益, 始終美極味道太濃, 之後餸菜吃不到味道更是得不嘗失

是時候食番d菜, 清炒菜心完全無渣, 令人不禁驚嘆, 可能有人會覺得佢淥得過腍, 的確, 淥得過耐甚至可能連菜既營養價值都失去, 但無可否認呢碟菜真係好好味, 如能配少少流浮山製蠔油相信會更好味也更有風味

薑蔥蒸鮑魚又是另一驚喜, 飽魚足有大半隻手掌心咁大, 如此靚食材, 只需簡簡單單薑蔥蒸已經好好食, 飽魚蒸時間岩岩好, 起殼起內臟後, 再加少少豉油, 一咬, 飽魚鮮味出晒黎, 再加上一d都唔韌, 果真令人回味無窮

最後來的是楊州炒飯, 炒飯炒得乾身, 粒粒分明, 炒飯只有蛋跟叉燒, 始終是流浮山嘛, 如果可以加d蝦會更不錯

臨走不忘睇睇人地檯食乜, 即時非常慶幸早訂位+早黎到, 因為我地既凍蟹同飽魚比人地大好多, 相信同親戚跟餐廳相熟不無關係, 當然價錢會反映番事實, 但如果唔訂, 可能是有錢都食唔到, 其實最後每人不用$330, 我已經覺得非常超值了, 比起之前去鯉魚門食更抵食更好味

流浮山, 無論是港人或遊客, 都應該黎一次

第一次去流浮山,有睇食評做資料去搵食,但去到就碰到老公的同事介紹球記,話OK佢一家長期幫襯,又教我地先去揀海鮮,記住想食的海鮮,可以返去球記搵亞姐幫手買,因為佢會就住人數order.我地去咗劉勝記海鮮店睇,記低合時海鮮便返去球記.那時已經有三枱客食緊幾熱鬧,對面果間無人好靜.一共八樣餸,豉油王煎蝦,豉椒炒聖子,蒜蓉粉絲蒸元貝,油鹽水花甲,清蒸鮑魚,酥炸生蠔,油鹽焗奄仔蟹,蒜蓉菜心.當中煎蝦最好食,蝦肉鮮甜連殼都好脆,聖子雖然細隻小小也不錯,元貝不過不失,花甲我地連湯都飲埋,鮑魚唔洗講,好好味,肉好甜好滑,生蠔就差少少,因為唔係時候食,奄仔蟹有膏,菜心最普通.飯後有鮮橙送.差D唔記得講個碟酸Q頭,幾爽口.大家食得好開心滿意
