To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日中午又是一家人聚集圍枱吃飯的時間,閒話家常,以我少年人其實不大愛好中式午餐,飲茶像老土些, 為了不使家人不高興而又有野食,我實出席.我們又去了上環信德中心地庫的美心皇宮酒樓午飯, 信德中心人流多, 交通方便, 所以一定要訂位.            酒樓裝修算美觀, 但和皇宮相差实在太遠, 部分座位感覺比較嘈, 可能因為電器房的裝置近客人座位, 所以我的貼士是 "必要揀位".侍應開茶及送來点心紙, 我們叫了很多傳統點心點心:點心拼盤 (大) @138-有蝦餃, 蟹子燒賣, 牛肉球, 帶子蒸餃 各 4 件, 價錢合理, 上枱各式点心很熱, 真是皮薄餡靚, 品質好調味也及格.蝦餃:        蝦肉爽口, 彈牙而且大粒, 夠新鮮, GOOD蟹子燒賣:  肉質新鮮,帶少許肥肉更爽口, 廚師調味不太鹹帶子蒸餃:  外皮好滑, 內餡豐富有帶子,  此點心做得好手藝蒸牛肉球:  肉質好, 調味佳.春卷:    上台熱, 內料有蝦肉, 不太油, 脆口.紫菜卷: 內餡有豐富魚肉, 紫菜炸得很鬆脆, 可口.叉燒包:   叉燒餡多, 好醬汁, 外面包皮很鬆軟, 口感好.再來一個蒸牛肉球:  因為我

我的至愛甜品是 "沙翁" , 很少酒樓有此点心, 所以見了必食, 沒失望, 因好鬆化, 也不太甜
