To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日的中午,黃大仙中心周圍都人頭湧湧。原打算食地下日式店,但太多人轉向這店。雖然午餐只得幾款,但餐牌裡還有許多不同類型的食物選擇,而且價錢同午餐差不多。我哋叫左海南雞。喇沙面。黑白配甜品,這個餐連埋飲品都是七十多元。我鍾意這,是因為我心多,想食飯又想食喇沙,仲要有埋甜品(全部都是細size)的,實在太吸引了。先講喇沙,顏色吸引,味道正常有點惹味。不過我都嫌唔夠惹。至於個海南雞飯,我覺得雞肉少,加多一件就好了。飯的顏色不好,白白的,沒有飯香,不是黃油飯。個甜品內有豆腐花、紅豆、涼粉。同行人就叫了炸蝦餅雞翼撈檬。友人話蝦餅同雞翼都好味、香口。但最差,我倆都接受唔到的是檬粉的質地,又硬,又冇味,落左汁,粉也吸唔到汁的味道。如前言,這裡選擇不少,最終買了$500現金卷,留日後再來帶了誘因。
