To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日,早餐要豐富一點,傻仔敏個人最鍾愛就是飲茶,這是一種寫意的享受。XO醬煎腸粉: 上枱時熱騰騰,剛煎製的模樣,很香口。味道不濃,就是有豉油和XO醬的味道。腸粉外皮都煎得微焦,內面卻滑,很好吃。蒸菜餃: 蒸過了頭,皮都粉了破了口,而且餡料糊糊的,不好吃。蘿白糕: 內有點蘿白絲,粉不算多,但蜡味味稍不足。沙茶牛肉河: 牛肉質感不錯,沙茶味香口惹味,河粉都經過炒,OK。雞扎: 雞肉滑嫩,材料都很鮮味,不錯。义燒餐包: 外皮甜美,內裏蜜汁豐富,咬下時還霧著煙,讚。煎鮑片雞柳: 因為雞札的雞肉很好吃,所以再加點這個,但可能配料不同之故,這個少了那份鮮甜味,一般。
