To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

新加坡過江龍的餐廳，裝修以園林風為主，充滿東南亞風格，感覺很放鬆、忘憂。另外還有套餐，包括了小食、主菜、飲品等。文華海南雞飯招牌菜之海南雞飯，雞件蠻多，雞皮油光，肥美。雞肉已去骨，肉質滑嫩，帶雞香味，旁邊有三款醬汁，黑醬油、薑蓉及辣醬，可供客人配搭。油飯帶有雞油香，粒粒分明，不算油膩；還有一碗雞湯，滋潤喉嚨。雞肉沙嗲一共6串，燒得很香口，沾上沙嗲醬，味道更加惹味。美祿恐龍這一杯來自馬拉、星加坡的美祿加上大量美祿粉末及脆脆鋪面的飲品。美祿有奶香，味道濃郁，亦不會因溝太多水而沖淡了味道。
