To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食物:醉雞(一般):沒有酒味,但肉質還算可以。北京填鴨(奇差):未食過咁差既鴨!鴨肉帶苦味,但沒有鴨味,要加大量醬油及蔥花以蓋過苦味! 翡翠羹(一般):上檯時已分好五碗,食完後沒有問我們要否添加,不知是否剛剛好五碗份量冇多冇少!四蔬(差):等了一小時的一道菜,賣相極差,求其將幾種菜/菇亂放在碟上(似食淨),切出來的菇類大小型狀各異,可見其馬虎程度滿分! 松子桂花魚(良好):算係全晚最好味既一道菜。拔絲蘋果(一般):個人認為算係整得唔錯,但同檯有人認為太甜和太硬。服務:最頂癮係晚飯其間服務員主動換碟一次(我們都是用碗放在碟上食的),但當上甜品既時候,服務員見我地隻碟還乾淨,竟只收了我地的碗,叫我地用番原先隻碟食甜品!另外食完正餐叫佢地拎個甜品menu,佢地竟然連其他套餐牌、drink list等全數奉上,十分有趣!

未食過咁差既鴨!鴨肉帶苦味,但沒有鴨味,要加大量醬油及蔥花以蓋過苦味!


翡翠羹(一般):
上檯時已分好五碗,食完後沒有問我們要否添加,不知是否剛剛好五碗份量冇多冇少!

四蔬(差):
等了一小時的一道菜,賣相極差,求其將幾種菜/菇亂放在碟上(似食淨),切出來的菇類大小型狀各異,可見其馬虎程度滿分!


松子桂花魚(良好):
算係全晚最好味既一道菜。

拔絲蘋果(一般):
個人認為算係整得唔錯,但同檯有人認為太甜和太硬。

服務:

最頂癮係晚飯其間服務員主動換碟一次(我們都是用碗放在碟上食的),但當上甜品既時候,服務員見我地隻碟還乾淨,竟只收了我地的碗,叫我地用番原先隻碟食甜品


另外食完正餐叫佢地拎個甜品menu,佢地竟然連其他套餐牌、drink list等全數奉上,十分有趣!
