Restaurant: Salaam Namaste Curry House
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友推介這家印度小店，估唔到咁好食，而且價錢都算平，值得再去。一坐低即送上印度胡椒薄餅，脆卜卜，點埋個薄荷醬更好食。然後叫了兩杯印度奶式，一杯芒果味，另一杯椰子味，兩杯的味道都唔會太甜。點了一個小食，揀了印度素咖哩角，侍應送到時仲係熱辣辣，要攤一陣先食，入面雖然主要係薯蓉，不過真係好好食，係有D飽肚的，點埋佢個專用汁味道更好。我地無叫到咖哩，反而叫咗個印度芝士菠菜蓉，個樣係奇怪D因為全碟都係綠色，不過味道又幾好食嘅，而且入面有一粒粒的印度特色芝士，同來點印度薄餅就係最好的。
