數年前一訪殷悅,對於高層開揚景觀,及精緻小菜留下不錯印象;後來聽FL介紹,它家點心比小菜更有水準,日前終於有幸一睹其點心風采!  幾年來裝潢沒多大變化,簡約水晶燈、寬敞用餐位,及30樓的荃市風光仍然討好;然而午市明顯較晚市多人,雖然食友訂了位,也要等上十來分鐘才有檯。被安排領坐舒適圓桌後,首先上場是精細的前菜海鮮豆角,及熟客推介、帶淡淡動人幽香的人參烏龍茶,後者茶香真是令人難忘。老公有事遲來,與FL慢慢揀出以下點心: 芝士三文魚撻-據FL介紹,殷悅的焗類點心非常出色,其中又以這款點心為表表者。果然,撻皮十分之酥脆香口,而三文魚+芝士的組合更是香氣四溢又鮮香美味,吃著吃著還有蟹籽的彈牙驚喜,真是豐富多變又精彩的一款點心。  藍莓叉燒酥-微酸微甜的藍莓醬,配搭蜜味叉燒餡,竟是意想不到的合拍和諧,加上焗得很香又酥的外層,又是一款水準焗點。  菠蘿雞粒餐包-新出的小包點,新鮮焗起漲卜卜的賣相可人,然而菠蘿包與咸味雞粒的組合,始終有點怪怪,還是甜餡比較吸引。 脆炸龍皇鬚-非常鮮味、富彈性卻不會過韌的粗身魷魚鬚,炸至香酥鬆脆,極為可口;等老公到達後再返叮,也仍然十分美味,同芝士三文魚撻同屬必吃推介

芒果奶皮卷-以楊枝甘露布甸為餡芯,味較清淡,主要是吃奶皮的滑溜口感!
 
楊枝甘露-FL每次必吃的心頭好,是日也來了兩碗;糖水香甜甘潤味道不錯,但我稍嫌它未夠柚子清香。 
 
露筍鮮蝦餃-飽滿碩大的蝦餃,皮不算薄;由於用上碎蝦肉,所以沒有原隻大蝦的爽脆口感,但好處是餡料更入味更鮮香,也不錯的。
  
四寶滑雞扎-用上優質冬菇、叉燒、雞肉及豬皮,味道鮮香美味,然而不知是出於健康考慮還是甚麼,雞扎最精粹的腐皮竟被淮山取代了,幾位雞扎迷都失落了。
  
蓮蓉蒸壽包-雖然餡香細滑甜美,但吃到最後大家都太飽,結果由我包辦兩隻,幾乎滯住了甜胃,吃不到下場的美味心太軟!
 
可以飽盡各式美點,真是非常滿足又飽足的一頓星級午茶,真要多謝FL好介紹;另外酒店收費也不會太低,又要多得FL的65折劵才$27X埋單。之後又要趕更興奮的下場了!
