To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又一間米芝蓮推薦食店,難得經過添好運,有機會試一試當然不錯。係門口睇咗一陣有咩食物,猶豫緊食唔好個陣,店員就叫我地入去試下。環境而言,每張枱位置都偏細,坐得有啲逼。賽磅蟹春卷炸得好脆,不過略嫌炸皮有點厚。餡料係賽螃蟹蟹肉,平時比較少見,幾特別,蟹味都算突出。晶瑩鮮蝦餃皮幾薄,蝦肉都多,啖啖肉。豉汁排骨飯排骨幾入味,有陣陣豉油香,同白飯撈勻同食更暖笠笠。蜜味叉燒腸腸粉皮頗滑溜,叉燒都唔錯,整體正常。鮮蝦燒賣皇每隻燒賣上面有一粒杞子,幾得意。燒賣內裡饀料都幾足,肥滿飽美。
