街坊食堂「響一品」,繼[冬日暖暖心鍋]饕客,在春回大地之際,以[春日晚餐]奉客。我們兩款的[春日晚餐]:滑蛋吉列豬扒定食和汁燒豬軟骨炒烏冬。還有照燒雞扒配拉麵豬骨湯。小食:醬燒魷魚與芝士年糕,醬燒魷魚肉質鮮爽冶味,大家都很喜歡,芝士年糕是家人每次必嘗極品!芒果沙冰 汁和白桃沙冰餐飲,清涼解膩。滑蛋吉列豬扒定食~開胃漬蘿蔔、味噌湯、吉列帶子。我覺得香滑的炒蛋、菇、洋葱絲與汁液,混和珍珠御飯吃,蛋香、汁鮮、飯熱已經十分美味可口了!吉列豬扒也吸收鮮味汁液,雖然有損脆口,但回饋味鮮。汁燒豬軟骨炒烏冬~汁燒炒烏冬味道香濃不過鹹,但炒粉麵烏冬之類,始料會較油膩少許,因此也多選一款較清淡的湯拉麵,可以平穩一下味蕾。照燒雞扒配拉麵豬骨湯~配料很豐富也合味道,色調奶白的豬骨湯,質感柔滑,味道不錯;照燒雞扒賣相亮麗吸引,味道與口感都滿意的。

還有照燒雞扒配拉麵豬骨湯。
