To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前放工去咗公司隔黎嘅「Hidden和洋食屋」食咗個晚飯。餐廳裝修走昭和復古風，同埋有少少樓上Cafe feel。餐廳有提供board game、桌球同飛鏢機。board game就免費借來玩，桌球同飛鏢就會另外收費。晚飯我就叫咗豚肉壽喜燒+套餐、飲品轉成特飲柚子梳打配雪糕。套餐包括沙律、味噌湯、飯同飲品。我自己就+$5將飯轉烏冬。壽喜燒入面有非常多蔬菜，應該差唔多有一棵白菜。不同嘅菇類、豆腐、蔥、等等。豬肉片都有好多塊。個人覺得個汁嘅調味淡咗少少，可以加麻醬調味。其實呢個份量加烏冬都差不多夠兩個人食，個人建議食量偏細或者正常嘅女士唔需要加套餐。柚子梳打配雪糕:柚子蜜加梳打水，另外配上日本嘅雪糕非常適合夏天，而且唔會太甜。非常推介。
