聽就聽得多,食就未試過,終於約左幾個同事星期六晚去試菜星期六、日晚飯分兩段時間,第一轉6-8,第二轉8-10,我哋選左6-8,有某些餸菜要預先預訂,我哋訂左皇牌燒鵝和茶壺湯(日本花菇雞腳燉螺頭)其餘餸我哋就在當晚入座時再選,入到去個環境好舒服,好好坐,等齊人我哋就選菜,有好多餸選擇真係太吸引,唔知選乜好,最後選左以下幾款:皇牌燒鵝唔係頂級好味,但都算中上,食落啖啖肉,冇肥膏,調味幾好,唔點酸梅醬已好味,點左更加正,酸梅醬,掂!唔能夠頂級既原因我覺得係皮與肉中間欠左少少肥茶壺湯(日本花菇雞腳燉螺頭)個湯賣相好似飲功夫茶,用茶壺上,個湯好熱而且好濃入面湯料好淋。拖地蜜汁黑豚肉真係冇得頂大細味道適中,唔太鹹唔太甜,入口即溶金磚豆腐睇賣相其實係同普通椒鹽豆腐冇分別,不過食過先知道同一般有乜分别咬落去外皮薄而脆,內裏豆腐嫩而滑,出面做唔到噤既口感檳城棒棒骨四方盒棒棒骨係豬肉好彈牙嫩滑,個咖喱汁好正可以將四方盒切件用來索咖喱汁食,如果想完全用盡個汁,可以叫個白飯撈汁,就真真正正用盡醒胃話梅雞話梅味入晒雞肉,酸酸味味,越食越開胃呢個餸可能用石窩上,過左一個鐘d雞和個窩還有煙和熱能保持食物温度杞子花膠
