To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 晚餐, 見有煲仔飯, 選了排骨臘腸飯, 送湯一小煲, 湯, 尚算清淡, 飲不出有濃烈的味精, 真有否味精要再深究, 排骨臘腸飯, 寫明是煲仔飯, 當然以為是用火直接燒啦, 可惜並不是, 看圖便知道不可能, 因為一點兒飯焦也汲有, 應該改名是 “煲仔蒸飯”, 氣憤! 但無論如何, 這煲飯做得算合格有餘, 飯身軟硬剛好, 一粒粒望得到, 不太濕, 臘腸的肥肉也不算多, 有少少啦, 但口感尚算彈口, 醬油的咸甜味也合適, 如果餐牌寫明是”煲仔蒸飯”的話, 我會比個”笑面”!
