「時代亅兩個字在這大半年觸動人心,而時代冰室係由蕭若元先生頂手舊址藍店開的。餐廳有點懷舊裝修,環境光猛。可能新開業關係,人流較多,人手唔太足夠,等餐時間比較耐。先來煎雙蛋和鮮油餐包,煎蛋未熟透,d蛋白仲未凝固得哂。蔥油滑雞我望左個menu幾秒已經鎖定食蔥油滑雞,平時茶記好少見到!先讚個雞湯底,真係用鮮雞煮出泥既湯咁,d米粉完全索哂個湯。雞肉肉質都好滑嫩,仲有條菜心,感覺好健康咁。厚切豬扒因為見到對面枱食緊既豬扒厚身得泥又大大塊,所以男朋友都唔執輸點左。雖然豬扒係厚切,但入口鬆化,一d都唔韌,而且食得出係用美極醃既。食物質素性價比高,黃色經濟圈又多個好選擇啦。
