銅鑼灣Cubus3樓最近開了層日式樓層,壽司、鐵板燒、酒吧一應俱全!Tailored Premium Cocktail($185)有點像是可以把坊間的傳統雞尾酒加上他們的特色,只要跟調酒師說出自己的喜好就可以!比較保守一點有我喜歡的Boulevadier,帶冒險一點可以試個帶有umami的gin-based雞尾酒,用上了油脂浸泡技巧,蝦油香好特別~Seasonal Fruit Platinum($235)用上時令水果,也是可以讓調酒師推介設計!Gin原來配梨子好喝,蘋果跟威士忌也是出奇地配!美麗的裝潢,雞尾酒好好喝,很值得去呢!
